YOUR CHALLENGE WILL BE:
– Building and developing relationships with customers based on trust and competence;
– Understand customer needs, provide support with effective handling of enquiries and complaints;
– Manage order-in through our computer systems, from which we also analyse volumes and kpi.
WHO YOU ARE:
– You are comfortable satisfying customers;
– You are fluent in english;
– You are fluent in german.
