Application Specialist FO

We are looking for an Application Specialist FO to develop, support, and optimize software applications that align with the organization’s goals and requirements, while ensuring security, performance, and user satisfaction. 

YOUR CHALLENGE WILL BE

• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for software applications used by end-users
• Assisting with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications
• Collaborating with users to understand their application needs and requirements
• Conducting application testing, identifying, and resolving software bugs or issues. 
• Creating and maintaining documentation related to application configurations and procedures. 
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate applications with other systems. 
• Monitoring application performance and identifying opportunities for optimization. 
• Ensuring compliance with security protocols and best practices. 
• Participating in project teams for the implementation of new applications or system enhancements

WHO YOU ARE

• You hold Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• You have done something similar in the past
• You gained experience with application support and troubleshooting, preferably in a customer-facing role
• You are familiar with relational databases and SQL
• You speak English fluently
