Business Intelligence Analyst

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to contribute to the organization’s ability to make informed decisions, optimize business processes, and gain a competitive advantage through data-driven insights.

YOUR CHALLENGE WILL BE

• Gathering and analyzing business requirements to understand data and reporting needs
• Designing and developing business intelligence (BI) solutions, such as dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
• Identifying and extracting data from various sources, transforming, and preparing it for analysis
• Conducting data analysis and interpretation to derive actionable insights and support decision-making
• Collaborating with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
• Monitoring and tracking data quality and integrity to ensure accuracy and reliability of insights
• Creating and maintaining data models, data sets, and data dictionaries
• Building and maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes to enable efficient data flow
• Conducting ad-hoc data analysis and providing data-driven recommendations
• Staying up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in business intelligence
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and align BI solutions
• Presenting findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Providing training and support to users on BI tools and applications
• Ensuring compliance with data governance and security policies

WHO YOU ARE

• You hold Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• You have done something similar in the past
• You master SQL for data manipulation and extraction from relational databases
• You have experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
• You are proficient in data analysis and visualization techniques, including data modeling, statistical analysis, and data storytelling
• You understand business processes and key performance indicators (KPIs)
