Continuous Improvement Associate Manager

Arcese is looking for a manager to drive excellence in operations management, promote continuous improvement, ensure compliance, and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction by the optimization of the processes.

  • Analyzing and re-defining the actual operative procedures to optimize the workflow
  • Adapting procedures to customer requirements and relevant regulations
  • Leading the operation managers in implementing new procedures and changes
  • Utilizing methodologies for analyzing non-conformities and identifying corrective/preventive actions
  • Defining the criteria and identify the sources for measuring the performances both in Transport and Logistic process
  • Defining the requirements of the tools for monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Verifing the implementation and effectiveness of Corrective Actions/Preventive Actions
  • Identifing and validate data sources for reporting
  • Catching the needs of the operation managers for the development of new tools
  • Being the interface between technical departments and operations for the implementations of the new tools


  • You hold a degree in STEM (Engineering, Statistics, Economics) or related fields
  • You speak English very well
  • You know Power BI, Excel and Power Point
  • You have excellent analytical, information processing and synthesis skills
  • You are a proactive person
  • You have open-mindedness, flexibility, curiosity, and creativity
  • You are an excellent leader and you have interpersonal skills
  • You are able to manage complexity and stress
  • Project management skills
