Customer Service Assistant

We are looking for a customer service assistant for our team in Castel San Pietro Terme.

YOUR CHALLENGE WILL BE

• Build and develop relationships with customers based on trust and competence;
• Understand customer needs, provide support with effective handling of requests and complaints;
• Manage order-in through our computer systems, from which you will also analyse volumes and kpi;
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to satisfy the needs of client companies.

WHO YOU ARE

• You are comfortable satisfying customers;
• You are fluent in english.
