Operative Air Export Specialist

Hey! We are looking for someone that can make the difference in our Air Export Operations Team!

In Ventana Serra we are always on the move and our everyday’s goal is to connect worlds that would otherwise be distant. In achieving this we rely on the talent of our Operatives, the connection between our strategy and our operations.

YOUR CHALLENGE WILL BE:

• To have up to 20 shipments under complete control;
• To make sure that the data in the system are out of errors;
• To become a guru of export processes and operations;
• To ensure the success of each shipment, working with internal and external stakeholders;
• To be the hinge of coordination between the office and the warehouse staff.

WHO YOU ARE:

• You are passionate and with a positive attitude;
• You have no problem in dealing with troubles and stressfull situations;
• You are proactive and dynamic;
• You are fluent in English;
• You’ve done something similar for at least 2/3 years, and in particular you have experience with air export operations.
