Sales Manager

That is why we are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in Collégien.



  • Assist the Management in the awarding and execution of contracts;
  • Analyze customer needs in collaboration with the sales team and propose the appropriate technical solutions;
  • Define sales targets and monitor their achievement;
  • Manage the teams in charge of sales (sales representatives) and projects (project managers);
  • Unlock new sales leads that will turn into long-lasting customers;
  • Make sure sales conditions are sustainable by collaborating with internal stakeholders;
  • Act as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.


  • You have a higher education (business school or engineering school) in the commercial field;
  • You have proven commercial experience, ideally in a transport and logistics company;
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, diplomacy and great adaptability;
  • You are fluent in English, another language would be a plus.
